My Tiffany Starfish earrings went MIA (missing in action)! It's a real bummer...not only because I really love them, but it's actually the 3rd time I loose the same earrings!!!
They were originally purchased when I was 19 (yup, a long time ago) and probably one of my first Tiffany purchases along with the giant starfish pendant on silk rope. Then I lost them at my then boyfriend (now husband)'s room, so he got me another pair to replace them. Then, they were stolen (along with my Birkin, Dogon wallet, and everything else a girl carries in her purse...I almost cried that day).
And now, I just realized that one of them is gone when I got hime from the park with my son Ayden!!! It's already really annoying that I need to keep on replacing them over the past 12 years, but every time I re-purchase them, Tiffany jacked up their pricing again!!!
Maybe...maybe I can find a seller on ebay who also lost one Tiffany earring and is willing to sell the other one for a penny?!?

Ok, maybe for most of you, it's not morning anymore (depending your time zone or if you still consider 11:30am morning...since it's almost noon). Did you have a good night sleep? I wish I could say "YES" but Ayden has been up all night (my poor baby has Scarlet Fever) and therefore, both hubby and I have been up all night.
With dark circles down to my cheekbones, I'll be needing all the help I can get! And this is my everyday makeup routine (with a strong focus on beautiful dewy skin even if I had very very little sleep!).
- Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face Sunscreen SPF60
- Etude House Total Age Repair BB cream in #1
- By Terry Soleil de Rose Hydra-Intense in Sunlight
- MAC Mineralize Concealer in NW20
- Anastasia Brows in Bloom in Brunette
- NARS Multiple Duo in Orgasm/South Beach
- Make Up Forever Shine On Powder in #3
- MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study
- Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner in Bronze Shimmer
- L'Oreal Extra Volume Collagen Mascara in Blackest Black
It seems like a lot of products for "natural look" but it's really what works best for me. And if you noticed, there's actually not a lot of "colour" so the result is just a "airbrushed" version of myself (does that make sense?).
Oh, I almost forgot to say that I mix my Etude House bb cream with my By Terry base to add sheerness and warmth. I find the result much more "bare" than just the bb cream alone, which tend to leave a "grey" undertone.

I got my favourite (and only) pair of Hunter rain boots out. Unlike the classic ones, this has an equestrian shape to them. And I also really love the duo texture of canvas/rubber in every-so-practical black!
Anyways, no, it didn't rain all day. In fact, it was sunny with clear blue sky although the forecast suggested otherwise. But hey, when are they ever accurate?!?

a Vespa in Shanghai! I've always liked the idea of riding around town in a retro looking scooter (Vespa naturally came on top of my list) and actually almost got one 4 years ago while I was still living in Old Montreal. It's so convenient and fuel efficient (compared to my SUV) and mostly, it just looks cool.
Last week, I saw my friend Jen with a chinese electric version. And it was less than $500!!! The best part: no licence required since it's an electric scooter!!! Needless to say, I was really tempted.
But a Vespa is a Vespa. I'm really leaning toward the Celeste Blue for its vintage look but also love the Dragon Red because red is my favourite colour. Or should I be more concern of the safety issue of a scooter in China?

(Dolce Gabanna Fall 2010)
I really wanted to get the Dolce & Gabbana IPhone coin purse on chain when I first saw it but there was just one minor detail that prevented me from getting it: I was a BlackBerry user!
Now, almost two years later: me equipped with an IPhone, but not with the shinny black and silver sequin Dolce & Gabbana purse on gold chain...Life is so unfair!
And thanks to my friend Venny, I was reminded of my sad story yesterday when I saw her with it...huh...

It's been another "Good News/Bad News" week:
Good News: we've been on yet another eating marathon since mother's day dinner/brunch/family gathering! My stomach has a big smile on at this moment (from the fold it makes when I'm sitting down eating my dessert trio!!).
Bad News: we've been on yet another eating marathon!!! My skinny jeans need a break and my boyfriend jeans have been welcomed with open arms!
Conclusion: I need to be stronger. Strong enough to go out, entertain and only eat until I'm full. I mean I really didn't need to have three desserts! Right?!?

Festival de Cannes is no doubt the most glamour international cinematographic festival, gathering A-listers at the breath-taking Cannes, South Coast of France.
Well, I can only say that when (not if) we get invited, Taylor and I will have our fabulous outfits ready!!

(Thomas Wylde Ibiza)
I know...this doesn't look like my style...I'm not even sure why I'm so obsessed with this bag...just like I'm not sure why I can't stand white chocolate.
However, if I was a real hippy living in the late 70's, this would be the ultimate Woodstock purse! But I have to admit, this would still look pretty cool as an everyday city bag this summer, especially if travelling to Ibiza!
